Heh. I started a reply to this but the air got awfully thin! Short answer - will there still be some on-disk file that can be found at /dw/htdocs/Inbox/index.something? If so, then the MVP model just adds a step to go find the controller, and looking for the on-disk file that maps is still a good start. If not, and you have some hairy rewrite based solution, then yeah, it's going to get very different.
